This full bathroom remodel transformed an outdated, lead-positive space into a modern, safe, and functional retreat. The project began with a complete demolition down to the studs for a fresh start. Every step was carefully planned to ensure both safety and style for the homeowners.
Part 1: The Vision
We installed moisture-resistant gypsum board drywall and a Ventino vinyl wall system with a 30 x 60 right-hand bathtub. Matte black fixtures, a rainfall showerhead, and clear glass sliding doors brought elegance to the space. LifeProof vinyl flooring and PVC molding added durability and a polished finish.
Part 2: The Transformation
The remodel included a custom-built closet with a pocket door and pull-out drawers for linens and towels, using premium kitchen cabinet hardware. This modern bathroom is now a stylish and highly functional space. The entire transformation was completed for $21,540.00.
